Behind the scenes of a 23 year old running a million dollar company

“I know that if you want to make a dent in the future and in the way society is moving, you have to be okay to rub some people the wrong way.”

It’s not easy running your own business. The 24/7 work and the inability to switch off. But there is also nothing more rewarding.

My favorite feeling is when a client sends me a message or tells me on our 1:1 call just how much their life has changed. You can see the gratitude and pure joy in their face and eyes as they are thanking me. Nothing in the world feels better than this. My whole body responds with ecstasy and pure bliss. I feel high, alive and so aligned with my life.

My job isn’t to get people to keep paying me for my services. My job is to make myself abundant. That’s my job. When a client no longer needs me, I’m so happy because I know that they feel whole, complete and they don’t need me anymore. I know i’ve done my job.

I’ve spend the past 3 years building this company. I continue to blow myself away at the rapid change, expansion and growth that we are experiencing as a team. I have many pinch me moments as I’m 23 and never thought I’d be doing this. I’ve always known that I was made for big things, but I didn’t ever know that it would be about this content.

There has been no easy road to this growth either. I’ve had many hurdles thrown my way both physically, emotionally and mentally, and I’ve risen to each of them and taken them as an opportunity to reintegrate my work.

Sadly, a lot of coaches in this space lack integrity. I witness it all the time as I see behind the scenes of people’s lives. This is a small industry and one where word travels fast and it’s disturbing the manipulating and spiritual bypassing that is currently going on. I’m someone that prides myself on my authenticity and ‘realness’ and it’s what has gotten me to where I am today.

I am unafraid of rocking the boat because I know that if you want to make a dent in the future and in the way society is moving, you have to be okay to rub some people the wrong way. You have to be okay with abusive messages that come your way and you have to be so embodied in what you stand for, that nothing can rock you. It’s hard. It’s sure as shit not easy, but I’m not here to make everyone happy. I’m not here to please everyone. If I did that, I’d never make a dent in the future.

I have plenty of human moments where I question why I’m taking on such a big (and polarizing) mission, and then when I get the amazing feedback from men and women who have had their whole lives changed from embracing their feminine and masculine, and no longer emasculating their male partner, I know it’s all worth it.

I wouldn’t give this shit up for anything. I know that this is my purpose here on the earth and what I was put here to do.

I think the hardest part of this journey is the fact that I am very bold and outspoken, and this can be a lot of energy for people to handle sometimes. I know that I’m a lot, and whilst it is no longer a insecurity of mine, I’m aware that it can be hard for others in my life to hold. Additionally, because I am so secure in myself and my standards, I find that I filter through friends and relationships quickly because I clear people out (or magnetize them in) rapidly.

“You can never fuck it up with those that are meant to be in your life”.

This is something that I’ve had to become comfortable with over time and not seeing it as a bad thing as whenever people leave my life, new ones come in straight away. I learn things so quickly in my relationships that sometimes I feel like my life is moving at the speed of light. It means that I often need to stop and have integration time so I don’t forget to stop and smell the roses.

Running a company isn’t just about the money and success either. It’s about building something bigger than me.

It’s about a movement and actually changing the way that we interact with the world as we know it.

I’m a truth seeker and I won’t stop until I get to ruffle some feathers and trigger some people. It’s in my nature and something that I love about myself. I definitely feel that my joy for life and my never ending supply of gumption is what has gotten me this far at 23 and what allows me to continue to grow so rapidly. Without this deep level of confidence and my fire, I don’t think I’d be where I am today. Especially as my content really is so polarizing.

For anyone that is wanting to start a business, my advice would be to ensure that you are doing it not just for the money, fame and fortune but also for something greater that will last many lifetimes. Make sure throughout the process you are also being soul nourished so that you are not depleting your life force.

It’s so easy to get excited and carried away in your work that you forget to feed your personal life. And there is nothing worse than having success with no one to share it with.
